Receive & Inspect

Truck is docked, paperwork verified, and cargo inspected on arrival — quantities counted, visible damage noted with photographs before goods touch the warehouse floor.

Record & Verify

GRN prepared immediately, stock tallied against the purchase/dispatch order, variance reported to client. Cargo allocated to designated bin locations in the system.

Store or Load

Cargo placed in assigned rack or floor location using appropriate equipment, or loaded onto the outbound vehicle per the dispatch plan — with an outward checklist signed by the supervisor.

Dispatch & Document

E-way bill verified, Lorry Receipt issued, POD signed by driver. All dispatch records filed and shared with client. Stock records updated in real time.
